Initial Consultation

This meeting is included with each service or with each package and is the perfect way to determine if Enchanted Events is the right fit for your personality, your style and your event. Designed to be a comfortable, casual meeting specifically to come together to understand each other, we will touch on your wedding goals, ideas, style, preferences, budget and many other topics that pertain to your wedding. Typically, we set up a 30-40 minute phone call to discuss your vision for the wedding and answer any basic questions you have. From there, we always find that it works best to set up an in person meeting so we can get to know each other better! If you are not local, no worries! Let us know your schedule, in order to start reviewing your wedding details!

Complete Planning

You’re a hard working, on-the-go couple who would love to pull off a fabulous event, but not quite sure where to begin. For the detail-packed and adorned wedding or the busy client preferring to focus on the amazement and ambiance of their perfect day. We will manage all planning, design and coordination. This enhanced full service wedding planning package includes unlimited client communication and support, venue and complete vendor team selection and hiring, with complete event décor and event design and execution, invitation suite design assistance and coordination, hotel block assistance, full transportation coordination as well as complete wedding timeline creation, wedding rehearsal and wedding day coordination and support. Let us do the leg work from start to finish, so you can spend your down time enjoying being engaged!

Our Enchanted Suite package begins at $4000

  • Venue scouting and site visits
  • Unlimited email communications and scheduled meetings
  • Comprehensive budget projections and payment tracking
  • Selection and procurement of complete vendor team
  • Vendor contract review and negotiations
  • Attend all key vendor meetings
  • A cohesive, custom design concept with inspiration board
  • Selection and sourcing of rentals, décor and production
  • Manage all logistical aspects, final walk through, rehearsal and wedding day execution (Event Management)
  • Itinerary, Timeline Development Consultation Day of the Wedding Coordination
  • Guests RSVP Management
  • Honeymoon planning and booking assistance
  • Custom “Happy Wedding Day” gift Post-wedding activities such as mailing thank-you cards, gifts, etc.

Partial Planning

For your partial wedding planning needs, we will be there to help ensure that everything goes according to your plan. Perfect for our hands-on clients; we will assist you with venue and vendor recommendation and moderate coordination, design guidance, timeline creation, wedding rehearsal and wedding day coordination and support. We also offer wonderful à la carte services to customize your package.

Our Amore package begins at $3000

Highlights include:

  • Initial venue site visit and design
    consultation
  • Budget review and cost projections for design vendors
  • A cohesive, custom design concept with inspiration board
  • Selection and procurement of designrelated vendors that fit your style and budget (i.e. florist, stationary designer, calligrapher, linens, lighting, etc.)
  • Selection and sourcing of rentals and decor
  • Attend design-related vendor meetings
  • Meet for a final table scape mock-up (so every detail is perfect!)
  • Manage all logistical aspects, final walk through, rehearsal and wedding day execution (Event Management)

Vow Renewals

For your vow renewal planning needs, we will be there to help ensure that everything goes according to what you have envisioned. We will assist you to create a custom design guidance, venue and vendor recommendations
and moderate communication, timeline creation, event day coordination and support. We also offer wonderful a la carte services to customize your vow renewal.
